Version 2.0
Basic Clock version 2.0 is a full rewrite of the application now as a native iOS application. This has a number of advantages:
This app is completely free. No ads and no in app purchases. It's there for you to use.
Enjoy the new version.
Older versions:
Version 1.2: Submitted to the App Store. Now features a much larger digital display. Digital display no longer shows seconds.

- Smaller app size - quicker downloads.
- Native graphics so even faster and smother hand animation. Clock rotation in any orientation is even smother now than in version 1.
- Full support for retina displays on new iPad and iPhone.
- Extensive effort went into supporting older versions of iOS. Original rewrite only targeted iOS 5, so after a second rewrite everything back to iOS 3.0 should be supported.
- Background music from other apps, like iTunes or your favourite radio station can now play while you display the clock.
This app is completely free. No ads and no in app purchases. It's there for you to use.

FAQ:
1) When I start "Basic Clock" my background music apps stop?
This is unfortunately a side effect of the platform that was used to develop Basic Clock.
